Do I qualifiy to join?
Ministers
All ministers, regardless of denomination, which believe in the principles, nature, and purpose of VICTORY MINISTRIES, may submit an application to become a part of the fellowship. This is anyone serving in the Five-Fold Ministry. (Ephesians 4:11 “And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers”)
VMI offers the following certifications for ministers:
LICENSING qualifies a member to preach or teach, obtain ministerial entrance into hospitals and jails, and perform most, if not all, of the ministerial functions of a church including baptism and communion. As state laws pertaining to the solemnization of marriages vary, it is extremely important for licensed ministers to check with the proper authorities in their state of residence to determine if they may legally do so.
ORDINATION entitles a member to all the privileges of an ordained minister. This ordination qualifies one to perform all the required ministerial duties of the church including marriages, baptisms, burials, and communion.
We do require anyone wanting to be ordained, to carry a license with us for one year before qualifying for ordination.

Churches
All churches, regardless of denomination, which believes in the principles, nature, and purpose of VICTORY MINISTRIES, INC. may make application to become a part of the fellowship.
Local churches that qualify for affiliation will receive a membership certificate identifying them with Victory Ministries, Inc. These certificates are renewable annually on a calendar year basis.
VMI offers the following certifications for churches:
AFFILIATE CHURCH:
Your church does not have its own 501(c)(3) status and is not affiliated with another organization. This grants you the use of the Victory Ministries Inc. 502(c)(3) status.
What we require for affiliation:
Incorporation of the church, bylaws in accordance with the Affiliation package and organizational minutes. Victory Ministries, Inc. will provide minimum Church Constitution & Bylaws in the event it will be necessary.
ASSOCIATE CHURCH:
Your church is incorporated and has its own 501(c)(3).
What we require for the association:
Furnish a copy of the Constitution & Bylaws. Resolution Form. Church maintains its own incorporation and its own 501(c)(3) status.
RE-AFFILIATED CHURCH:
Your church is affiliated with another organization and is operating under its tax-exempt status. Includes assistance in disaffiliation with the current organization. Reaffiliation also brings the church under the tax umbrella of Victory Ministries, Inc.
We also require any church wanting affiliation to have at least one person be licensed or ordained through us.
All applications are subject to approval by the Victory Ministries Inc. board of directors.
